Humanities Helping Hands

Humanity's library of proven facts.

The stamp means a machine checked it, so you never have to. Every fact comes with its proof, and you can paste anything an AI told you to see which of its claims hold.

If AI can't lie at the bottom, it can't lie going up · Founded 2026 by Daniel Steadham

Who finds the claims

    I.What it does

    1. Split. An AI splits the answer into separate claims. That is all the AI does.
    2. Check. Exact math, rounded numbers, unit conversions, primes, public fact databases, the words on a cited page.
    3. Label. Each claim gets one label and a receipt. Anyone can re-run the receipt and get the same answer.

    II.The four labels

    PROVEN

A machine check ran and the claim held.

    MEASURED

Counted from real runs, shown with its sample size and its range.

    REASONED

Follows from proven pieces, but no machine has checked the step yet.

    GUESS

No check can run on it yet. It is shown, and never counted as true.

When a check fails, the claim is shown crossed out with the right answer beside it. An AI said 3.7 liters is roughly 15 cups; it is 15.64.

    III.The floor

Daniel's Root Theorem. Fixing a mistake once, at the root, never costs more than fixing its copies in every layer built on top of it, and costs strictly less once it has spread to two or more layers.

Proven in Lean by Daniel Steadham, 2026 (theorem DanielRootTheorem), resting only on Lean's standard axioms.

That is why HHH checks at the root. One shared set of checkers, which anyone can re-run, labels each claim once, instead of every reader checking every copy alone. Underneath sits a floor of math proofs checked by Lean's kernel, re-run from scratch by anyone who asks. One known gap is kept on the page on purpose, never hidden.

    IV.Who builds it

Daniel Steadham came up with Humanities Helping Hands and is building the company behind it. The proven facts belong to everyone. Each person who checks an answer, writes a new check or catches a mistake adds to one shared pile of proven facts, meant to stay open to all, for good. Some questions are still open, like how to keep that pile stored for good. That is where you come in.
